To ensure we take great care in maintaining the highest of cleanliness standards at all our properties, we have put in place enhanced sanitisation procedures and new policies to keep our guests, suppliers & employees safe.
Sanitiser, Signage & PPE
We have sanitisation stations at entrances and public areas, along with social distancing signage markers.
We have screens in place at reception desks, where we first greet our guests.
Housekeeping and breakfast service staff will be wearing PPE.
Guest Bedrooms & Public Area’s
All of our cleaning procedures have been enhanced, with our teams having received the highest levels of training.
All high touch points are thoroughly and regularly cleaned.
Our revised cleaning regime of guest bedrooms and all public areas will include a bespoke sanitisation treatment device referred to as ‘Fogging Spray’. This Treatments uses non-toxic highly effective disinfectant solution, sterilising viruses and other air & surface contaminants.
Each guest bedroom entrance door will have a ‘cleaned and sealed sticker’, so that the guest will have peace of mind in knowing that nobody entered the bedroom after the disinfectant fogging spray procedure took place.
All of the above is carried out to allow our guests to enjoy their stay in comfort & safety.
